We offer a full range of autodosed dishwash, glasswash and rinse aid to cater for all customer requirements. Free on loan dosing equipment is maintained by our trained engineers to provide optimum results and cost in use.

Mixing Stations & Dosing Systems

The dosing unit is a simple to use operation which delivers a ready to use chemical solution with no manual chemical dosing required by operatives. It is operated by depressing a single button above the required feed tube. The feed being either a solution for filling correctly labelled trigger bottles or directly into a mop bucket. The dose cannot be altered by operatives, this is set by our engineers to a suitable water-chemical ratio. This eleviates any instances of incorrect dosing, Dramatically reducing direct contact with concentrated chemicals and controls chemical usage reducing costs.

We supply, fit and maintain automatic dosing on a free on loan basis. The equipment is maintained by our trained engineers who perform regular preventative maintenance.
This ensures you recieve optimum results and the most economical cost in use.

Xcellent is designed to work at very high dilution rates, these products work at 1 part to 400 water and are independently tested to prove their effectivness at this dilution.
Xcellent products correctly dispensed have a number of clear advantages ranging from performance through safety to controlled cost in use.

	POT WASH DETERGENT For manual pot washing of pots, pans, crockery and utensils. Effectively removes grease and dried on soiling.
	HEAVY DUTY CLEANER & DEGREASER A highly effective cleaner and degreaser for use where heavy soiling and grease are evident. Can be used through a trigger bottle on exterior areas of equipment, including canopy hoods, fat fryers, cookers, canopy filters, stainless steel wall cladding and glazed tiles. Bucket fill option for floors, walls and general cleaning of hard surface.
	SURFACE CLEANER & SANITIZER DOUBLE AGENT A system to reduce the risk of disinfectant resistant bacteria. Double agent products are supplied in two colour coded formulations. Rotating the use of the two products reduces the risk of bacteria developing resistance to the agents designed to destroy them, passes BS EN1276 and is effective against MRSA, Lysteria, Salmonella and E-coli at 20° after 5 minutes contact time.
	ANTIBACTERIAL POTWASH DETERGENT For manual pot washing of pots, pans, crockery and utensils where an antibacterial action is required. Formulated to give excellent soil removal and foaming properties. The product passes British Standard BSEN1276 Effective against E-coli, Salmoanella, MRSA, Listeria under the European Suspension Test
	PERFUMED FLOOR CLEANER A highly effective hard floor cleaner. Contains a floral perfume to neutralise odours, leaving areas clean and fresh. For marble, stone, and other hard flooring with natural or polished finishes.
	BATH & WASHROOM CLEANER Designed to effectively remove neutral oils, soap deposits and general soiling from baths, sinks, showers, w.c’s, tiles glass screens and hard floor coverings. Helps prevent hard water deposits from forming on surfaces and leaves a refreshing mild fragrance to deodorise the room. The perfume selected for this product mirrors that of the Evolution air freshening system.
	AIR FRESHENER Formulated to neutralise and deodorise natural body odours and stale tabacco. Leaves rooms with a refreshing pot pourri fragrance which naturally compliments the Bath & Washroom Cleaner product in this range.
	WINDOW & STAINLESS STEEL CLEANER An alcohol based cleaner that effectively cuts through atmospheric grime and nicotine soilings. This product is also ideal for cleaning and polishing stainless steel where a streak-free finish is required.
	TOILET CLEANER & DESCALER For the daily maintanance of urinals and WCs. A fragrant thickostropic toilet cleanser and descaler.
